Barter-Based & Inclusive: Our system encourages skill and resource exchange, making sustainability accessible to everyone.
Integrated Workforce Development: Unlike traditional nonprofits, we provide apprenticeship pathways and training to help participants achieve economic self-sufficiency through land stewardship.
